RV Park Policy

  • Guest will need to provide a copy of driver's license and will be subjected to a background check upon arrival 

  • Upon reservation a 50% deposit will be required, the other 50% at time of arrival. Rent must be paid upfront, in full monthly

  • Guest will be permitted 1 RV site

  • RVs must be currently registered and maintained in good condition and running order

  • RVs must be 2010 or newer. Vehicles that exceed this date must be approved and up to date pictures must be provided to management prior to arrival.

  • No RV deemed to be in “poor” condition (i.e. flat tires, badly dented, broken or cracked windows, or in need of
    paint) will be allowed to remain on premises.

  • All RV’s must be leveled and supported with the proper
    equipment. A sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector is required.

  • Guests are not allowed to wash campers or vehicles on these premises.

  • No vehicle repairs shall be made on these premises.

Vehicle Park Policy

  • Vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas (2 vehicle maximum per assigned site)

  • Any vehicles left unattended for more than 24 hours are subject to being towed at the owners expense

  • Vehicles must be currently registered and maintained in good condition and running order

  • Issues including but not limited to flat tires, dead battery, leaks, broken windows or is deemed to be in poor condition (includes exterior and interior) may not be parked on
    premises

  • All vehicle repairs, maintenance (i.e. oil changes, lubes, etc.), and washing is prohibited

  • Operation of vehicles inside the RV Park is limited to licensed adults who must proceed with extreme
    caution

  • All posted traffic signs must be obeyed, and the posted speed limit is 5 MPH and is strictly
    enforced

  • No boats, utility trailers, storage trailers, or auto trailers may be parked on property without
    approval from management

  • All trailers and fifth wheels must be accompanied by a tow vehicle
    that will remain with the occupant unless there is prior approval from management. Vehicles in violation
    of these rules will be towed at the owners’ expense.

Park Policy

  • Only outdoor patio furniture is allowed outside

  • Additional outdoor structures such as portable awnings are allowed as long as they are in good working condition

  • Quiet time is 10:00
    p.m. to 7:00 a. m.

  • Residents should maintain acceptable noise levels at all times

    • All guests should be
      courteous to other guests; ensuring noise levels are acceptable even during the day.

    • Loud music, boisterous or drunken behavior is not acceptable at any time, guest will be required to leave immediately without a refund

  • RV owners shall be responsible for the conduct of their family members, guests and/or visitors while at the park. RV owners, their family members, guests or visitors who create a disturbance or behave in a manner that constitutes a threat or substantial nuisance to other guests will
    not be allowed to remain on the property.

  • All overnight guests must be registered.

  • No motorcycles, diesel vehicles or other vehicles with louder than normal exhaust may be operated inside the RV park.

  • No generators may be used on premises.

  • All public laws and ordinances shall be obeyed within the park

  • All trash must be put in supplied trash receptacles

  • Wheeled toys, skateboards, hover-boards, roller-skates, remote control toys, and drones, including but not limited to cars or similar devices are NOT to be operated inside the park.

  • Bicycles must be operated
    with extreme caution. Minors operating bicycles must always be accompanied by an adult age 21 years or older with the proper safety attire worn. Bicycles must not be parked on the street and not intrude on other sites.

  • 4 Wheelers and ATVs are NOT allowed in the park.

  • Boats are NOT allowed to be stored at any site.

Pet Policy

  • The RV Park allows the maximum of 2 pets per RV site

  • Residents must complete a pet registration form which identifies each pet and dog’s breed (if applicable)

  • Pet's shot records must be available upon request.

  • Management reserves the right to restrict or prohibit noisy, disruptive or aggressive dogs

  • Residents are responsible for pets and their pet's behavior

  • Pets must be walked on a leashed at all times

  • Residents must clean up after their pets

  • Pets may not be leashed, chained or tethered outside to an RV or anywhere on the premises overnight or while unattended by their owner

  • Residents must complete a pet registration form which identifies each pet and dog’s breed (if applicable)

  • Pet's shot records must be available upon request.
